About Ella Adams
Deeply rooted in Stevens Point, Ella Adams grew up in the world of wellness, working in her family’s destination Wellness Spa business since she was just 12 years old. Throughout her teenage years Ella spent time working at the spa, and exploring the pageant world. She was a Top 15 Finalist in Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2019 and 2020, 1stRunner-up National American Miss Teen Wisconsin 2020. Ella took a break from pageantry for six years to focus on her career. Coming back after six years, Ella won the title of National American Miss Wisconsin in August of 2026. Ella started her own 501(c)(3) non-profit at only 17 years old called KinderKindness and volunteered for local grade schools as a Volleyball Coach. More recently she regularly volunteers at her church, works at her town’s Voting Polls, and Humane Societies.
Ella graduated high school early to pursue a career as a medical massage therapist. Acquiring a state license in massage therapy, she went back to work in her family’s business specializing in Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy. In 2023, Ella helped create and build a new diploma-granting institution focused on wellness and clinical massage therapy. She is currently an instructor and administrator of ‘The Wellness School’. But her main role is managing a large five-star spa team which has over 80,000 customers.
Ella life’s work is in ‘Wellness’ and this driven young woman, with many professional career responsibilities, still makes time to advocate wellness for our feline friends through ‘Marshmallow’s Mission’, an organization she created to offer support for Feline Infectious Peritonitis Awareness by helping educate, offer hope, and save cats with a devastating and often fatal diagnosis.
Though many people can be leaders, Ella Adams not only leads with experience and authenticity, but more importantly leads with her heart.
